FAQ and Policies

Processing time for all orders will take approximately 2-7 business days , not including processing or transit time.

All Sales are FINAL, once you complete an order we do not process returns or exchanges. So please purchase responsibly and read the full descriptions of the items you intend to add to your collection!

Unfortunately, once I ship out your package and a tracking number is provided, I can not be held responsible for delayed, damaged, or lost mail since it is in USPS's care. However, I do take great care in packing each item so it arrives safely. Please contact your local USPS for more information on the status of your package. They will almost always be able to provide more information than shown on their website.

Double-check your address before purchasing! I can not refund packages shipped to the wrong address (unless it was my typo)! If a package is returned to me for an incorrect/invalid address I will reach out to the customer to receive the correct address to re-ship. Please note the customer is responsible for any additional postage fee due to reprint the label.

I do not provide refunds on items unless there is additional insurance added to your package. To request additional insurance on your package, dm or email me prior to or after your purchase and i will quote what the cost is to fully insure your package through USPS. All USPS Priority mailo boxes, used on orders weighing over 1lb come with free $50 of insurance. If an item arrives broken, damaged, or is lost due to USPS negligence and additional insurance was nit purchased I am unable to refund the order or item.

All orders I hand pack myself with love and care, if for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me via email or DM so we can work something out!

 Payment Plans with Klarna are available on all orders $35+. Payment plans are interest-free and split into 4 payments and your crystals are processed immediately.
